Stevie, Founder of The Mindful Way, has been passionate about health and fitness throughout her adult life. In her early 20s when she found a love for lifting weights; she began to notice not only changes in her physique but also in her mental health.
As a long time sufferer of anxiety, Stevie found that with the help of weight training and nutrition, she began to slowly manage it.
Soon after she started practicing yoga and fell in love with practice, leading her to complete her 200hr Teacher Training course with Zenko Yoga.
When Stevie steps on the mat, she's present and authentic. The clarity she finds during this time is something she has a burning desire to share with others.
Stevie shares the practice of yoga with people of all ages and all walks of life. She brings an attitude of self-discovery, fun and mindfulness to her classes, for everybody, every mind and every soul.
